Katy Kennedy is the founder of Nervana Wellness Co., a digital sanctuary for women who are overwhelmed, overstimulated, and living in survival mode far more often than they want to admit.
Katy holds a Master of Science in Maharishi Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine and has completed 600+ hours of clinical training in Ayurvedic and integrative healing technologies. After three years in graduate school, she now brings formal Ayurvedic Wellness & Lifestyle Consulting to her practice.
Since 2020, Katy has worked 1:1 with clients using applied meditation, hypnotherapy, Ayurvedic lifestyle support, and integrative mind-body tools to help them regulate their nervous systems and reconnect to themselves. Across her career, she has accumulated 3,900+ clinical hours supporting clients through nervous system dysregulation, burnout recovery, emotional overwhelm, shutdown cycles, and whole-life transformation.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD) woman, Katy understands the inner experience of holding everything together while feeling overloaded internally. Her work is grounded in lived experience as much as it is in clinical knowledge.
She weaves together her training as a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, and hypnotic meditation guide to create gentle, sensory-safe practices that support deep restoration. Her approach always begins at the root: the nervous system. She meets clients exactly where they are and helps them find the fastest, simplest, most compassionate road to where they want to be.
Nervana Wellness Co. was born from Katy's own journey — years of being the one who held everything together until her body whispered enough. Today, she supports sensitive, high-performing women in rediscovering rest, clarity, and ease through subtle, nervous-system-first healing.
